Explore Peter Hess® Sound Massage

The Peter Hess® Sound Massage is a deeply relaxing and restorative method that uses specially crafted therapeutic singing bowls placed on and around the body. Through gentle vibrations and harmonious sounds, the body is guided into a state of profound calm where tension can soften and the nervous system can reset.

Unlike a traditional massage, sound massage works through vibration and resonance. As the bowls are played, sound waves travel through the body — which is made up largely of water — helping to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and support natural balance on a cellular level.

This method is designed to activate the parasympathetic “rest and restore” response, allowing the body to shift out of stress and into deep relaxation. Many people experience a sense of grounding, clarity, improve sleep and an overall feeling of ease and wellbeing.

Peter Hess® Sound Massage is gentle, non-invasive, and suitable for all ages. Each session offers a safe space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and experience rest in a way that is often missing in everyday life.

Healing is a devotion to understanding yourself. The roadmap is made by exploration. Each time you encounter things that make you feel at home within yourself, you are healing yourself.

hello, my name is corry.

I am an artist, holistic sound practitioner and founder of Sound Body Sound Life.

My journey of healing intensified when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition in 2015.

This event catapulted me to read countless how-to & holy books, joined courses, travelled and studied with renowned Masters all over the world. Each time, my understanding of life, living and healing widened.

But the most profound shift happened when I come home to my body and listened deeply to the wisdom and guidance that my body innately knows. My body is my greatest teacher.

When I came across Sound Medicine, it allows me to soften physically, emotionally and mentally. I could finally experience my existence without judgement. Sound guides me home in the most unassuming & gentlest way without any talking/analysing/protocols. Sound soothes my nervous system and leads me towards quietness. It taught me how relax feels like in my body. It is through Sound, I remembered what being at peace meant.

I have been through cycles of transformations, each one deeper than the one before. I have embodied every single lesson that fuels my transformation because that was what is needed for my own healing to happen. So, I know firsthand, that it is possible to heal ourselves, to see and feel beauty within our physical existence, to be grateful for it all and be humbled by anger, pain and frustration of our daily lives.
